moolupa.

Make progress, even when life gets in the way.

Say or type one thing you want to work on. Moo turns it into a small step, and every bit counts.

Built for the days real life gets in the way.

We listened to what people find frustrating about habit trackers. Here’s how Moolupa does things differently.

  1. “I got sick, missed one day, and just never opened one of those productivity apps again tbh!”
From r/habits, original discussion(opens on Reddit)

Moo: There are no streaks to break. A missed day is just a missed day, and everything you did before it still counts.

  2. “Not only do I need to action a habit, I now need the habit of tracking the habit”
From r/habits, original discussion(opens on Reddit)

Moo: Setting up a goal takes one sentence. Recording it takes one tap, or you can just say how much you did.

  3. “it’s flashing ‘OVERDUE’ at me like i committed a crime lol”
From r/productivity, original discussion(opens on Reddit)

Moo: No red marks and no overdue alerts. On the days you don’t make it, Moo asks what feels doable instead.

  1. Monday: 20
  2. Tuesday: 20
  3. Wednesday: not yet
  4. Thursday: not yet
  5. Friday: not yet
  6. Saturday: not yet
  7. Sunday: not yet

40 minutes this week

What a real week looks like.

  1. 40 minutes in 2 days.

You told Moo you wanted to walk after lunch. When it’s done, one tap records it.

  2. Wednesday got away from you.

There’s no streak to lose. Moo doesn’t sulk, and your 40 minutes stay yours.

  3. Thursday, start smaller.

Moo suggests 10 minutes instead of 20. Small enough for a packed day.

  4. 110 minutes by Sunday.

One missed day didn’t undo the week. That’s the whole idea.

Moolupa for your desktop.

It opens in its own window, sits in your Dock or Start menu, and keeps your goals in sync.

Good to know.

What can I work toward?

A book you want to finish, a skill you want to learn, something you’re saving for or a personal project. Choose what matters to you, then decide what you can do today.

What happens if I miss a day?

You keep the progress you’ve recorded. When you return, continue with your usual step or choose a smaller one. There’s nothing to make up for.

How small should my first step be?

Small enough to fit an ordinary day. If 20 minutes feels like too much, try 5. You can always do more, and you only record what you actually did.

What happens to what I type or say?

When you describe a goal, your words go to Google Gemini to turn them into a plan. When you speak, the recording goes to ElevenLabs to turn it into text. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what each one receives.

Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes. From your profile you can download everything you’ve recorded, or delete your account along with all your goals and progress.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Moolupa works in your browser. You can also install it from the browser on your phone, Mac or PC so it opens like any other app.

What’s one thing you could do today?
